Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to work with TrailGrid. Here’s exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

Setup Fee ($100 One-Time)

Before work begins: Full refund. If you change your mind before we start building your site (typically within 24 hours of payment), we will issue a complete refund.
After work begins: Non-refundable. Once we have started designing and building your website, the setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of custom design and development work.

Monthly Subscription ($49/month)

No partial-month refunds. When you cancel, your subscription continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your subscription is month-to-month.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

Self-service: Log into your customer portal and click “Manage Billing” to cancel through Stripe.
Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected]. We will process your cancellation within one business day.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your website stays live through the end of your current billing period
Within 7 days after your billing period ends, your website goes offline
You have 30 days to request an export of your content and photos
After 30 days, your website data is permanently deleted from our systems

Service Issues

If you experience a significant service disruption or error on our part (such as extended downtime or data loss), contact us at [email protected]. We evaluate these situations individually and may issue partial or full credits at our discretion.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and directly.
